Before booking, please take a moment to carefully read and agree to the policies below. These will also be included in your client consultation form. ELEVATED BEAUTY POLICIES I completely understand that life happens—things come up and plans can shift. That said, to respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review the cancellation policy outlined below. Clear communication helps us both have the best experience possible, and I truly appreciate your understanding and support. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY - Any cancellations made within 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. - All new clients are required a $20 deposit. The deposit is counted toward your total and is non refundable. - Cancelling/Rescheduling on the day/time of service due to emergencies and or personal issues is completely understood. Rebooking is a first choice and will require a $10 add on fee to the next service for same day rescheduling. This is for rescheduling the appointment not cancelling it. If you cancel day of you will be charged the cancellation fee. - No-shows at time of service with no communication to Elevated Beauty will be banned from booking. No communication, no exceptions. GRACE PERIOD: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments! If you anticipate being late or need to make adjustments, please don’t hesitate to text me.
